It will be the responsibility of the Coaches, their Assistants and the Time Keeper appointed by the League to see that each player gets the correct amount of playing time as specified above.

1a. Each player's playing time will be kept by an appointed Time Keeper at the bench. (See rules for reporting into game

1b) If a player has not played his minimum of two (2) quarter during a League or play-off game, a warning will be issued to the coach, by the bench, and that player or players must be put into that game. A second violation in of this rule will result in one game suspension of the Coach and a fourth violation could result in suspension from the League.

1e. When a substitute player reports in with his/her number and has provided the number of the player he/she is replacing, if a different player comes out of the game, a technical foul will result. If after a time out a player enters the game without "Reporting In", a technical foul on the bench will result.
